My camera is literally an extension of myself. If I was not photographing professionally, I would be photographing regardless. Much of my art prints were taken on a new year’s resolution to have my camera with me at all times and to photograph one image a day. I successfully completed this resolution and continue not everyday, but almost everyday carrying my camera wherever I go.

Professionally I have chosen to photograph weddings and to create portraits. I enjoy every aspect of a wedding: people, beauty, seeing the light, and pressing the shutter button at the right moment. I photograph 20 weddings a year. I will only photograph 20 weddings so as to give the attention needed for after shoot production. I take pride in my photographs and in my albums and want to give the best service to my clients.

I have been on the cover or featured in many guides: The Bridal Path, VT Vows, Vermont Wedding Resource Guide, Vermont Weddings Magazine, Vermont Maturity. Nationally, I have been in The Boston Globe.

I have won blue ribbons two out of the three times that I’ve entered competitions. I think I’m due to enter one soon. I’ll let you know the results.

I have been photographing weddings for 15 years and love to as much today as I did when I started. I continue to keep abreast of the newest information out there. Whenever possible I take workshops from some of the greats in the wedding and portrait industry like Yervant and Tony Corbell.
